Twin View Towing

I had my first encounter with this company last night, when I damaged 2 rims swerving off a country road to avoid deer bolting out in the road. I went through my insurance, and they connected me to Twin View. I didn’t have to wait more than 15 mins (amazing, considering that I was in happy valley) and the driver, Joel, was kind, helpful way beyond expectations, and when I learned the damage was not on just one tire, but TWO, he towed me the rest of the way home. The next morning, Geico wouldn’t provide another tow, so I called them immediately. They were much cheaper than the last company to provide a tow ($250+ at the last place I went) and they charged 140 to pick me up deep in Happy Valley and took it to America’s Tires. Travis came to help me late this afternoon. We were very impressed with his skills and professionalism. He also had a great attitude and smile the whole time! Twin View has always been good to me, will keep calling them when needed. Thanks Travis!!!!

I wish I could give Twin View Towing more than 5 stars. They earned ALL the stars today! My mom was in Redding for the day and had to be home by evening. As she's heading out of town towards home, she gets a flat tire. Not just a flat tire, but hit a curb, and trashed her tire. This happened shortly after 5:00. Go figure. She tells me she's called her insurance and they have ordered a tow truck. I head off to go wait with her, thinking of course it's going to take a while and I don't want her to be alone. By the time I get to her about ten minutes later, Travis from Twin View Towing is already there! What!? At this time, we're looking at close to 5:30. Tire can't be fixed, and needed to be replaced. Had a prospective employer send them to pickup my toolbox and a cart. The driver who showed up strapped the toolbox poorly and damaged my cart while strapping it poorly as well. I asked about several different ways to load it which wouldn't damage anything and was told "This ain't my first rodeo. It aint going anywhere. I don't come in your shop and tell you how to fix cars, don't tell me how to do my job" I called the office before he drove off and told them my cart was damaged and if he drives away with it strapped like this, its going to tip. I was told to have him unload it right there. Now I lost the job offer because the owner is friends with the prospective employer, and my cart is bent and has a new paint chip. I had a wonderful experience this morning by using Twin View Towing. Shawn was very kind, professional and articulate . He patiently explained how he would tow my Tesla Model S to the tire shop. His truck is brand new and very modern. I will use them again when need be and strongly recommend him and his company! Thanks Shawn!
