We had a leak when driving through from North Carolina to Texas and googled where to get it fixed on a Sunday. This place had 5 stars and I know why. The owner was so nice, got it fixed and we were back on the road in under 20 min. He WAY undercharged us, so we “tipped” him too. We were so grateful for the great service!

These guys have saved me on different Occasions. Always quick to assist you and let’s you know if and what you need. Unlike other shops around the area they never pressure you to buy anything from them. Awesome customer service.

2nd time being at Twins this time; and I've established a pretty good idea on the twins. These two are entrepreneurs who are downright enthusiastic at what they do, and who they do it for. They understand the business they're within, and are making a name for themselves in the way how they handle it all. They are friendly, welcoming, and downright authentic opposed to a plastic approach to customer service, going above the norm thats typical to help out the customer. Even with me talking the owners ear off; work was done beautifully, without damaged, and quickly. Tires are well-balanced, and held fine going down the road. I went in to get a price on some 285/35/18 set of tires and he wanted to charge me $1680 for them when I looked up the tires and it’s $600 a set for the same tires; people do your research on what things actually cost before you get hit for a lot of money and don’t know what you’re paying for!!!
