first time in and they were outstandingly helpful. did great work in a short amount of time, and when checking my car they were completely honest. unlike other companies that try to money grab. i highly recommend!

My daughter needed a mechanic to take a look at her car for an entirely different issue than this. She took it to Baker at Twisted Axle here in Pueblo West. He found two of her motor mounts completely broken. I'm VERY glad she took her car here. And he didn't price gouge her, either. Honest and good! He's a Vet and offers a Veteran discount. I highly recommend this shop!

The Twisted Axel team is always honest, responsive, and knowledgeable. They've worked on all of our vehicles for three years now and the service has been excellent. They've saved our butts when we needed last-minute repairs before a long trip, and they've saved us money when they were honest about whether a big project was worth it on our old truck. I highly recommend these guys! They did some great work and really tried to get me the best price. I have worked with Bake, Chris and Jacob. Very personable and tried to make as easy as possible for me as possible. Did a turbo for me and helped the diesel run cleaner. Customer service goes way above and beyond.

I will say this is hands down the best and most affordable place you can go to in pueblo. I’ve had many people look at my Subaru WRX, often saying something is wrong when it’s a completely different issue or just all around putting parts in incorrectly. These guys know what they’re doing and have unbeatable prices. Very great folks, I will 100% be coming back again!
