I was 9 hours from home on vacation when two of my rims got destroyed by a pallet on the interstate. I dropped my truck off at Twisted Rod at 11PM Sunday night and left them a voicemail and dropped the keys off at their mail slot. When I called them the next morning, they had already started checking the truck and figuring out solutions before even reaching out. I had specialty rims and tires that they didn’t have in stock. Within 30 minutes, the wonderful lady on the phone let me know that they sourced 4 rims and tires for my truck and gave me a fantastic price for them. When asked how much labor costs were going to be for the install, they told me to not worry about it, and just bring the cost for the tires. We had trouble with our suburban a few ago and a man told us to go here and they were amazing we were traveling with our dog and let him come right in the shop to cool off. For a little town this is a big help. Would highly recommend this shop

Best experience with a shop that I have ever had, hands down. We called and got a very accurate estimate on pricing right from the start. Everyone was super nice and explained everything when we dropped the car off, too. Once the parts arrived and the mechanic was able to examine our brakes, they recommended just the front getting done and again told us the price. Then they did exactly what they said they were going to do. Our brakes were fixed a couple hours later, and then we picked the car up and paid. I would recommend Twisted Rod to anyone!

Arrived in Old Fort with an enclosed trailer that had broken suspension. The folks at Twisted Rod were able to make the necessary repairs so that we could make the journey back to Georgia. I dropped it off on Friday afternoon, and by Monday mid-afternoon, it was fixed for a very reasonable price. So if you need tires or any other automotive repairs you will be in good hands at this shop.
