If I could give less than one star I would. This places incompetence when it came my friends vehicle was absolutely astounding!!! Like, a five star rating on incompetence. Not to mention their complete lack of knowledge of their own property and complete inability to take accountability for their incompetence! Off the charts with those!! I hear they are shutting down and it's not very surprising. If they say you got room to drive forwards just back out. Even if it looks tight. Cause when you break your vehicle following their directions they will not take any kind of accountability before they try to get it towed away.

Replaced my radiator. Excellent job. Will always recommend based on my experience.

Missie and Brian Bearden have been taking care of my vehicles and me, as a widow, for more years than I can count! Their oldest daughter was in my 5th grade class, as a student, and I’m sure had heard me complaining about the issues I was having with my car. Shyly, she came to my desk and said, “My daddy can fix your car!” She fixed me up with an appointment and the rest is history!! Don’t Trust these people with your car. They lie a lot. Left my car sitting for 6 whole months. Always had an excuse as to why work was not being done on car. Even after I paid for the services upfront in full. You would think the person who already paid comes first. Things were stolen from my car during the 6 months he left it sitting. Did not give all car parts back. Refused to issue whole refund even though no work whatsoever was completed. Will never do business with this man again he is a con artist & I really considered suing. Only reason I’m giving one star is bc I can’t leave a 0 Star review!

I usually do my own automotive repairs, but sometimes if it's too big of a job, I take my vehicles to Brian, he's beyond amazing and knowledgeable in his chosen field. If you want your vehicle repaired right and not make your wallet cry, definitely go to twisted wrench😊👍
