Two Brothers Transmission

I've known Toney (Owner) and his son Marco for 30 years. Toney started out as a transmission shop mechanic and transitioned into an owner of his own shop that has developed a steller reputation for honest diagnosis, reasonable charges, and expert knowledge in the field of transmission repair. I just brought my 2019 Chrysler Pacifica in for a fluid drain and re-fill - something the dealer doesn't do because they said this transmission fluid is good for the life of the vehicle - a vague statement that even a lay person would have to question. So, I did, and talked to Marco and did research on youtube. The consensus from Marco and other transmission mechanics was the same - life doesn't mean that the fluid will never lose its viscosity but it will probably out last its warranty of 60,000 mi
