When the service took longer than anticipated, Alan secured me a loaner car, a few hours later I received the call my vehicle was ready. I shopped all over East Texas and am so glad I purchased my truck here. I had a sudden service need for my f150 Powerboost plus needed a routine oil change. Service Advisor Shawn Wilbanks worked me into Tyler Ford's busy schedule the same day I contacted him. He and Service Advisor Billy coordinated with the service service crew and the team completed all the repairs, oil change service and administrative tasks while I waited. The customer lounge was well stocked with refreshments and seats were comfy. Costs were accurately estimated and competitive (I checked). A hybrid pickup truck that's loaded with technical performance is something I want repaired and warranted by experts. I feel I got that and more today.
