Called around to different dealerships until I called Tyler Run Auto Sales and found out they had a manual Tacoma for sale. Spoke with Joe over the phone and he was very professional and helpful. Came in to look at the truck, went on a test drive, and was impressed. After my loan was approved it was smooth sailing with Dale to finish up the paperwork. Clean office and a clean shop made for a pleasant environment. Paperwork was short and sweet and I only dealt with Joe and Dale. I would purchase another vehicle from them when we’re ready to get something newer.

He came to my home to give me an estimate for my trade-in and was transparent, fair, professional and patient as it took me nearly a year to finally pull the trigger! My contact when I was ready to buy was Joe. He was kind, very professional and understanding. I never felt any pressure which I appreciated. Finally, Dale made the trade-in/purchase paperwork easy and quick. Overall, probably the best car buying experience I've ever had.

I recently sold my father's vehicle to Tyler Run Auto Sales. It was 16 years old but with 55,000 miles and in showroom condition. During the process some mechanical issues were discovered that we were unaware of. We worked through those issues and they made an offer that was more than fair. I had previously purchased a vehicle for my son at Tyler Run about 10 years ago and was treated very well also. I would definitely recommend this dealership.
