Life saver! My family and I were stuck on I20 with a blowout for 3 hours waiting for and dealing with Turo’s roadside service. He came through, change our tire and had us on our way in a quarter of the time we waited on Turo. My family and I are forever grateful for you making a rough night end with ease. Thank you!

Had a blow out on my cargo trailer at about 4 in the morning, I called Tyler up and I swear he jumped up , walked out the door and started the truck as I was telling him what I needed. He showed up in no time said hello , introduced himself and went right to work. Tire service is tire service but someone who cares about what they do and makes u feel like they are listening to you when you call not just trying to hurry up and get through another call . We can’t thank Tyler and his wife Noel enough for the kindness and help they showed us during a really stressful moment on our road trip. It was a Sunday, everything was closed, and we were stuck with unexpected car trouble in the middle of nowhere. We were desperate and honestly had no idea what we were going to do. Tyler went above and beyond—not only did he help us diagnose the issue, but he and Noel also generously offered to tow us over an hour away to the nearest open dealership. Their compassion, patience, and willingness to help total strangers on their day off truly blew us away. People like them remind you that there’s still so much good in the world. Tyler saved the day for my son who was on his way to a drift car event, and had his driver’s side rear tire on his truck disintegrate in I-20. He was pulling his car hauler with the car enclosed, making it a much worse situation. Tyler went above and beyond, bringing him a tire and helping him to put it on and be in his way! What a great guy!
