Went to this shop after being turned away by others to get a 2021 mercury motor fixed. The first shop in Topeka ks sat on it for Five weeks. Yep five weeks never touched it. Got ahold of Tyndall motors was told to bring it in and we will get it fixed. As they said - I brought it in - six hours later. Out the door with an still under warranty mercury 300 Verado that is now running perfectly . I am extremely thankful for the professional operation at Tyndall Motors Thank you - thank you

We found the exact car we were looking for online. When I first called about it, the girl I talked to wasn't very personable, nor did she have anyone return my call as she said she would. Despite that, we drove 4 1/2 hours to go pick up the vehicle. Turns out, no one there is very friendly or personable. Immediately after we handed over the check, he got up to help another customer. They did fill the car up with fuel and in the end, we got a really nice car at a great price. Just don't expect to get a warm, professional welcome.

They had my vehicle for 2 weeks, did not get the work done in the time they said they would. Then within days of getting it back it was leaking oil everywhere. I called and spoke with the owner and he said it was my problem. I took it to another gm dealer and they said tyndal motors did not put the front seal in correctly. Tyndall motors charged me almost 2k to put in timing chains and the other dealership was an additional 1650 to repair tyndall motors shop screw up and tyndall motors paid 1050 of that bill and refused to pay anything else. I will never go back there and highly recomend no one else does either!!!

They suck, not friendly at all. They should be black listed for being an unwelcoming dealership. But they’re getting five stars so at first they think they did a good job but hopefully they read this and become very depressed and shut down their whole operation.

Purchased a brand new Nitro boat in 2015 from Tyndall Motors. Great experience and continued customer service for 5 years! Absolutely no regrets! I'll be coming back!
