Called Tyrel’s Automotive Service Center in Lake George on Tuesday 4/29/25 and spoke to Brandon the owner. He was very friendly, professional, and accommodating! 🤩👏🙌 I needed an inspection appointment and he was able to fit me in the next day at 1pm. I arrived on time and was in & out in approximately 20 minutes. I broke down on interstate 87 and had my car towed here at the recommendation of the towing company. Brandon quickly performed a diagnostic test and determined I had major engine failure. He provided two estimates for an engine (new or used) but also offered to call a local dealership on my behalf to learn if the particular problem was covered under warranty-and it was! Brandon is honest, fair smart, helpful, and a tremendous communicator. I was far from home and he went above and beyond to help me.
