I do not know this place was in the hotel. It was right HR on time. We did not have to go to the airport for a vehicle . Gabrielle took care of us right away. He was really pleasant to work with. Highly recommend.

Wow what a great experience. Literally checked into our hotel asked about ac rental car was referred to Tyrex which has an office right there at the hotel. The process was seamless and the price was undeniably affordable. The car we received was perfect for our short trip. I can not began to express how convenient it was to pick up and drop off the car at the hotel that we were staying at. No hustle and bustle with airport rent a car traffic. Met the owner who will forever be our friend. Amazing conversation while we waited only 30 minds to get our car. I highly recommend Tyrex. I wish they had a location in every major city.

We booked our vacation rental car through Tyrex. Although the car was fine with a few nicks and scratches, we were surprised by unexpected fees. We chose this company because it was most affordable and ended up paying an additional $85 before we could take our car. We also need to show proof of our personal car insurance with parameters >$100,000 injury coverage per person even though we paid for the optional insurance through Tyrex. The rental site office is not at the airport, it's in a nearby hotel. It took over an hour to leave with our car even though we were the only customers at that time. Also the car was given to us with a half tank and our agreement said return to full, but we handled that before we drove off.

I would like to thanks the Tyrex Rent Car team for all the good and kind service that we have received. It has been excellent with good attention for all the process. The car was in good condition and clean. I recommend their services. Once more, thank you very much to the entire team.
