I was very pleased with the service here. I had a tire center mess up one of the lug nuts and they outsourced the repair of this. Ty got me in the same day with good results at a reasonable price. I think there’s a good reason why this establishment has a good reputation in the area, and I’m glad they stuck around when they left the 49th and Penn location.

I wasn’t able to bring my car in due to the nature of the repair, but the call back was prompt, thorough, and incredibly informative. This shop comes highly recommended, and I can absolutely see why. I felt like a valued customer who was listened to with compassion during a very stressful car situation. The advice and recommendations were honest, clear, and on par with what I’d expect from a trusted family mechanic.

Go to Ty's! The place I went to before this was terrible. I was told the issues with my car were "normal" because my car was old (a 2011 model), but here I felt listened to. I brought my car in first thing in the morning and they got it done same day, despite how busy they were. The price was a steal too; I was expecting much higher than I actually paid. I would definitely come back here again for any repairs you need!

Been going to see Ty for 15 years after finding him on Angie's List back in the day when you could trust the list before the company was purchased by unscrupulous Home Advisor. Ty won the prestigious Super Service Award every year! I love taking my car to Ty. He never ever sells you things you don't need because he has plenty of business and is not corporate chain with sales goals. Every visit is top notch professional and stress free with gentle prices.
