Do yourself a favor and go literally anywhere else. I purchased a 2017 F-250 from U Drive Motors on July 26, 2025, trading in my F-150. Here's a timeline of how they handled everything after taking my money: Within the first month of ownership, the truck left me stranded TWICE due to the well-known 6.7 Powerstroke non-serviceable fuel pump relay failure. This is a widely documented issue that any dealer selling these trucks should be aware of and disclose. I had to limp it home the first time and the second time I had to Uber home and leave the truck at my job overnight so I could get parts and fix it myself that weekend. Zero help from the dealership. I am soo happy that I listened to my gut to trust my salesman David and the whole team. The service we got from Daniel and the rest was AWESOME! I waited 1 month to see how the car drove before I left a review. We even drove it from Florida to New York. When I had an issue, Daniel made sure it was solved and that we got what David and the team promised us. So not only the salesman was good but the service we received after was on another level. We will surely buy another car from them in the future.

Beware of this dealer. I was told the vehicle I purchased had a clean title. I trusted that information when I bought it, but after the sale I found out the title was actually salvage/rebuilt/theft history—none of which was ever disclosed to me. Also, I wasn’t able to get a provisional plate or register the vehicle for 16 days!!!. I couldn’t legally drive it, and I even got stopped by the police and fined because the dealer put me on the road with a plate that wasn’t valid. Almost getting arrested. This dealer’s failure to disclose the real title status has caused me financial loss. When I tried to get help, I received no proper resolution, only excuses. I’m filing a complaint with the Florida Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles because this kind of behavior is unacceptable

if i could give them 0 stars i would. they list cars on facebook multiple times with several different accounts, at least 5-10 or maybe more. then when you call about the car you’ve seen, they give you the run around and then say it’s not available. some times they just don’t reply and message you 2 days later saying the car is gone. other times they’ll block you only because you kept asking for a certain car. screw this dealership and will never recommend them to anyone. they keep making new facebook accounts because their other accounts keep getting reported for scams. i posted pictures of one of their cars, 3 different prices from 3 different accounts of the same car. when you ask for the car and finally show up, car is gone or not available anymore. don’t waste your time with these cro
