Best staff and establishment at a U-Haul location in Riverside County. The equipment is kept up and they have everything you need in stock including dolly’s. The staff is so friendly and helpful every step of the way. I’ve rented U-Haul’s every couple years for the last 25 years. I’ve been to a lot of different locations. This time I needed 2 U-Haul’s for 5 days so I dealt with a few employees and I gotta say they all did an amazing job at helping me with my needs when the app wasn’t letting me check in for a mobile pick up or the gas amount being updated or loading my dolly and boxes in the vehicle to go. I want to say thank you to the ones I was able to ask their names who absolutely made my visit here the most pleasant experience at a time everything seems to go wrong. Esmeralda, Nate

What can I say... I have rented from U-Haul several dozen times over the years. I can tell you those experiences have been mostly transactional..., like walking into a CVS pharmacy for a flu shot. Yesterday, I came to pick up a trailer where my reservation had been moved from Palm Desert to Indo due to the closure of the U-Haul location I had reserved. As you can imagine I was not pleased to have to drive an additional 8 miles to pick it up. As I arrived I was greeted by George, who quickly attended to my reservation. As he was hooking up my trailer he noticed my electrical plug was shorting. He said you don't want to get a ticket and it's not safe as other drivers can't tell when you are stopping or turning, he said "I have another plug. we can clip yours if you have time and get you safe

Terrible customer service. I waited inside for 15 minutes while the employee stood outside chatting with coworkers. I had to go ask for help just to rent a truck. No greeting, no smile, very curt interaction. On return, there was a fuel gauge dispute (after only 15 miles driven), and the same employee showed zero concern or apology. Returning the truck was just as unpleasant—no hello, no eye contact, printed the receipt, and that was it. Completely unprofessional. Would not recommend this location.

Took great care of us when U-Haul customer service scheduled our drop-off two hours away from the original location stated in our contract. We will definitely do business at this location again. Great staff!

We rented a U-Haul for two days which is about $34.95 for rental plus $1.29 per mile. We only did in those two days about a maximum of 20 miles since we were close by to this U-Haul I had told my husband to take pictures of the U-Haul prior to driving it, including gas and anything he saw was damaged Not to mention the AC in this desert. is a must and the AC on the U-Haul was not fresh at all, and it was muggy before taking off my husband saw that the gas was way less than what the paper had put down. He went back inside and notified the lady that was inside she signed off on it Long story short once we dropped off the U-Haul at the corresponding time then they decided to put a hold on our account because we went over the expected and we did not put the same fuel amount it had and we said
