U-Haul Neighborhood Dealer

Poor attitude, condecending, Said I returned it late and it should have been back by 10am. The website said they don't open until noon. I was there at 12:30p. I was charged for an extra day. Don't use this U-Haul location. This is a scam to get extra money from you! She said I could have called. How do you call when they are supposedly closed until noon? I told her I would not use them again and she replied "Good". She needs a lesson in customer service. The website was there this morning and now gone after I suggested they fix their hours. BEWARE

The couple who “run the show” at this establishment are very rude and disrespectful. The woman accused me of not reading a text from her that I never received. I won’t ever rent from them again; there are plenty of other places which I’m sure have better customer service skills. With the number of “one star reviews” this rental place has received, I’m surprised that UHaul Corporate allows them to continue renting to people.

It was good pleasant people to work with the rental went well i would recommend them if you need a u-haul

It was easy to find. Plenty of parking. They directed me where I needed to get my truck in the lot to get hooked-up quickly. The staff were helpful and efficient. Great U-haul dealers! Lots of packing and shipping supplies too.
