U-Haul Neighborhood Dealer

I was forced to return the truck to this location which automatically made me double my milage. When I originally set this up online I was told that I didn't have to pick a drop off location. When I called to ask why that changed I wasn't given much assistance or any good reasoning. Apparently, I was also being charged as if my rental was for 2 days. Ended up spending almost the complete total of a two day rental thanks to these issues. On top of that I originally set the rental for 5 hours under the 24/7 pick up service and was only given 4 hours time when I did pick up. Seems like it's all a ploy to make sure the charges are doubled. I've always used uhaul for moves and I think this is the last time. Not worth the money or the hassle. Super disappointed.
