I had absolutely no problems, I had everything on line ready for them. It was efficient and easy. T rucks were clean and ready to go.
Bad manager!!!!! Know one would help.the people that came in there store and come to find out they don't like BLACK people!/ I was totally shocked I and white and my boyfriend's black they wouldn't wait on it we stayed there for 45 minutes and then left come to find out that's what happened hope you you don't find this disturbing because it is and I'm sorry that I had to share it with the world PS what is this world coming I hope it came to policy I hope they get some help
State Ave Uhaul gives great customer service and always make sure you have everything you need before you leave the lot. Will definitely get all my business from now on. I also have my storage unit there. It's nice knowing it's in a safe and well protected place.
5200 State Ave. UPS have the best and the finest in customer service. Definitely when you go there ask for Cody or Jay Sean don’t forget to let them know I referred you.
Informative..showed us inside the size truck we wanted to rent..allowed us to pay in advance so pick up is faster. Allowed for variance in pick up time if we notified them of changes in time. Both men courteous
