U-Haul Truck Sales Super Center of Blaine

It is very unfortunate when a company as big as U-Haul don’t care about their own customers, and they hire unprofessional on trade employees that treat customers like dirt. My recent experience with one of their staff in the main office on the phone was very very bad.

Will is a very good GM. I had a terrible experience at first with my rental. Will apologized immediately after looking into the details. The way he resolved the problem and made it right is impressive. I will be a customer as long as I need to rent moving equipment Thank you Will!

Was charged extra after I filled the truck more then necessary, cleaned it and dropped it off a hour earlier then the kid at the desk said. He was also very unprofessional handed me the keys and just pointed in the general direction of 6 tucks and was rude about it. Not to mention we made the reservation somewhere else and they aloud an outside source to change it with out even speaking to us. Thankfully the person that did contacted me to let me know. But no word from uhual...

Absolutely horrible customer service, and a bunch of thieves. They charged me $25 because there was a quarter sized piece of cardboard in the cab. Are you kidding me? Apparently you need to have the cab detailed before returning it. Never again will I use them.

No matter when you go it's always a struggle to get anyone effective or efficient in their job duties.
