Had a very easy and smooth time getting rid of my junk car. Put in a quote online, received an email offer within a day, & my car was picked up outside my house the next day. Didn’t have any hiccups getting the money for it, all in all happy with my time and happy I went thru them.

This place was not on my radar until recently. Being the Owner of a small business (HubesHub) that relies on self pull salvage yards, I was pleasantly surprised. I always talk about staff when reviewing, it's important to me. Slam dunk, great staff. Very friendly and helpful. The kind that brings a smile to your face when you arrive there. Let's talk vehicles. Great, volume and variety of import and domestic vehicles. HUGE pickup truck/Suv section. Prices are great with sign up for a free membership that gains points that equal $$$ off future purchases. That's not all gang. They regularly have 35-40% sales 😳 That's right, totally bananas. I was in an accident on the highway at almost 6 pm, it was my first accident and I was very shaken. I had no time to decide what to do or where to go, I had to get my totaled car off the highway. I started to call places (all within their business hours) one didn’t answer and the next told me it was just too late. U-Pick not only answered but said I could tow and drop my car even if they weren’t still open. They answered all my questions with patience and kindness even though I know it was closing time. I came in the next morning to complete the sale of my car and dealt with a woman who was so kind and sincere, on a day where I was so emotional I couldn’t have asked for a nicer person.
