U-Save Budget Lot

Tom the manager clearly said on the phone that is nothing wrong the minivan. The only problem is slide door hard to close. He stated that the minivan does not need any repairs. He also said that I would not disappointed if I buy that minivan. I’m like sweet I go buy that minivan. I drove 5hrs from my house to that dealership. I got there I was really disappointed. The minivan has broken windshields, hood dent, paint fade, and broken frame, etc. I have to drive all the way back home for another 5hrs. As a dealership you guy should be honest to customer. Why bother to waste customer time. Why don’t you guy tell the customer the truth about the vehicle. Why you guy have to lie and wasted customer time for. 5hrs of driving was useless for me. Found a nice little BMW Z4 at a fantastic price. I filled out a credit app, and I was approved. That was on September 8, On Sept 25 I got a letter from the credit union saying I was approved for a loan. So I called and they said, we sent a response to the dealership the same day saying you were approved, but these people never called me to tell me I was approved. And you know, it hurts your credit to have it run so these people get a one star review. The salesman was kind of rude, but I don't care much about that.

My wife bought a 2012 Chevy Cruze for $6000. Cash. The car seemed to run okay until about a week after we bought it. First the the check engine light came on. Got a hold of them and they'd take care of the problem. We live out of town but took it down to them and said they weren't going to take care of the problem. Now they are liars and can't be trusted. We have a car that's we haven't even had for less than a year. And it is nothing but a piece of junk. This is the 2nd time we wrote a review and hope this one gets posted. I just wish they'd take care of this. Because we are out of a car my wife has health issues and needs a car to get back and forth to Dr appointments.

DONT BUY FROM HERE. Salesman was nice. The check engine light came on within the first week of having the vehicle I bought from this lot. I took it to Midas after calling the dealership. I was told I'd receive a call back. I never received that call back from the dealership. Midas told me my cat. converter needed replaced, and I had my transmission fluid drained. The guys working on my vehicle told me the fluid was black and not see through. They brought my old cat. converter out to show me and it was rough almost blocked off completely. The muffler was hanging on with a gum like substance. They welded it up for me. The check engine light came on again after a day out of the shop. So, I'm going back in to have more things fixed. This vehicle was sold as an LTZ but Vin registered as an LT. The tires on it go with an LTZ.. Not the LT that it is. The radio was locked.. Had to pay the Chevy dealer to unlock it. Chevy dealer washed it.. Sun roof leaks... All in all we were scamed!
