Reliable cars that are clean , friendly service and prices are amazing the best if you need a rental. The only thing I hate is they Don t have many cars to rent out. I usually have to wait for a rental to return.

Rented a car for a week trip to Texas, during my trip I unfortunately got sick, when I went to the doctor, he said I have a INNER EAR INFECTION AND ADVISED ME NOT TO DRIVE! I had my wife call the rental office to ask for a 24 HR Rental extension. And was told NO, because they were closed on the weekend. We could extend to Monday for $150. That's ridiculous, when they have a key box and cameras. So I will be there by 10:45 AM Friday, I pray for my trip, and everyone around me on the road, and also the brakes on this car. But mostly the souls of the people that were so hostile ans unwilling to cooperate, forcing my hand and jeopardizing the safety of everyone I encounter. I can't speak for corporate, but this franchise should be closed, they could care less about their customers.

Would rate a 0 if I could. Raggedy vehicles,, misleading information. Lady told me to my face when I asked for the a specific car, that the car was in bad shape. You pay for unlimited miles but are limited to where you go. I travel a lot and U-save does not meet my standard of reliable rental service. Sorry not sorry.
