U-Save Car & Truck Rental - Florence

First time ever renting a car that had roaches in it. I have an eight month old baby on vacation and I was terrified of the thought of a roach crawling into her mouth or ear. Then we literally had to wait a day to exchange vehicle. I highly recommend renting from one of the major companies like Enterprise, Avis or Hertz. Especially on vacation as the major companies have a very reliable service to exchange vehicles. Absolutely the worst

professional service car was very clean ran well good mileage overall I was impressed with everything. A smaller place doesn't have everything like a national chain. Enterprise was so crappy that they rented my car out bc I was 5 minutes late to pick it up. I prefer the courteous professional honest service of this small business any day

What a dump. This place charges more than the other rental car places and the cars are old, dirty, and smell like smoke. Pictures below are the "good" car. Other good reviews must be fake.

I will be honest, driving up I was a bit nervous. The rental cars did not seem organized in any order, inside the store did not seem all tha clean. But let me tell you, don't judge a book by its cover. The gentlemen that helped me was extremely friendly, they helped me get exactly what I needed for cheaper than what Enterprize quoted me, and I just had a good experience with then. I will be back next time I need to rent a car.

Recently rented a car from U-Save. Vehicle was clean and ready to go upon arrival. Personable and efficient staff from start to finish. Easy check in and check out process. Reasonable prices. Would highly recommend!
