Uber- Hertz Car Rental

Honestly, This location need to keep better track of the condition of their vehicles. The EV I have went from 80% charge to 8% charge to dead on a Highway of ramp. When I returned it for credit because I only had it 3 out of 7 days they said there nothing do because it can charge.

My insurance made a mistake on my paperwork and this is the first time this happening to me. When I called the insurance company they corrected it and send another one less than 10min. They said my insurance was fraud. When I tried to apply again they said I could never drive with uber. When I told them the situation they didn’t care. They are so rude

The manager of this location, Zack Zur, was extremely unprofessional and dismissive. On September 21st, at around 11:20 PM, I was rear-ended by an intoxicated Uber driver who had rented a vehicle from this business. The incident was a hit-and-run, and I have already filed a police report and spoken with my insurance company. When I called the business this morning seeking information about the renter, I spoke with Zack. His tone and overall demeanor were disrespectful and unhelpful. Instead of showing concern for what happened, he was rude and dismissive. After looking at other reviews, it seems this is a common issue with how he treats customers. It costs nothing to remain professional, especially when dealing with someone involved in a serious accident.

Reserved a Tesla, traveled down here and waited to be told they don’t have any although they have ten or more sitting on the lot currently. Waste of peoples time and money and there’s not an ounce of care.

What a bad experience with this provider . They rented me a vehicle with a battery that I had to deal with all week . Horrible customer service . If you’re looking to rent a vehicle make sure you take your business elsewhere . Zack Zur and his team are so unprofessional and rude.
