I thought that everything was great but the next day I had to bring my car back because my right blinker didn't work any longer but it did work even before the repairs were made and the car was crashed in the front. Tony & Lisa (& their team!) run the best autobody shop I've ever been to! First of all, they fixed & re-painted my bumper to a stunning, glossy finish. Super quick turn-around time too, even during the holiday season. But what stood out to me even more-so was how much they truly care about their customers. When I left their shop to bring my bumper back home, I (very) carelessly left my car's splitter on the roof & it fell somewhere on the highway. My experience with Ultimate Auto Body was a bit of a rollercoaster. Initially, they were helpful in dealing with my insurance and gave me a fair price for the repairs and paint work needed on my car after an accident. They estimated the repairs would take a week, which was promising. However, things took a turn for the worse as the process dragged on. Instead of the promised week, the repairs took an entire month. During this time, my father checked in and noticed several issues with the work being done. The body parts weren’t being fitted properly, the wrong screws were used, and overall, the quality was concerning. When I finally got the car back, the new bumper had a large scratch on it. My car hood wasn't latching correctly and I was terrified it was going to fly open on my drive. It was Sunday and I was scrambling to find a place that was open. Not to mention - anything car related triggers my anxiety because I always feel like I get taken advantage of because I'm a girl and clueless about cars.
