Fernando was professional and communicative throughout the entire process. He kept me informed with updates throughout the repair process, which was amazing. My car looks brand new! I recently had damage to the rear passenger side of my new car. I took my car to Fernando at Ultimate and he fixed my car quickly and beautifully. Fernando also help me navigate the claim with the insurance company and I was allowed to get a car rental and in 3-4 days my car was ready. This was a drag to have damage to my car, however Ultimate made the process easy, effortless and quick. My car is it was when left yet dealer. I highly recommend Ultimate and especially Fernando for his professional and pleasant services.
