Ultimate Auto Spa Car Wash & Lube

Got an exterior wash, paid $22 and left with water marks all over my car, my trunk door still dirty, and red lint all over the car from the towels they used. Lady at the front desk unprofessional. Edit: Uploaded 3 more pictures. Spoke to the owner, does not take customers concerns seriously. Asked me if I had a receipt to verify how much I paid because (in his words) “it’s impossible that you paid $22, you must of gotten a full wash and interior” I did NOT get any vacuum, or wipe down of the interior. I asked for an EXTERIOR wash, was charged $22 not $11.99. Unprofessional front desk lady never gave me a receipt. No cars were there when I got there, no cars were there when I left. I have no problem paying whatever they charge as long as it gets done correctly, especially when they are not

Another basic car wash. You can see in the pics what the outcome was. This was a $30 “Ultimate” wash with interior vacuum and wipe down and exterior hand dried. Inside was NOT wiped. Car is full of water spots and bug guts on grill. I’m glad I paid for this through the Clipp app (formerly Local Flavor) so it only cost me $10. BUT if I paid $30 for this I’d be mad RESPONSE TO OWNER’S RESPONSE: I wasn’t talking about wiping the floor mats. I was talking about wiping the dash and center console. Every $30 wash includes a quick swipe. Zoom in on the mats. Those were vacuumed. That’s acceptable to you??? And I have a rock driveway…no sprinkler.

It was my first time there. For the price, I don't feel the interior was as clean as it should have been. I have been to other places, for the same price, that do a better job on the inside. My center console was not clean. My interior of the doors were still dirty. No armor all anywhere inside the vehicle. The exterior has water stains on it. Not a good wash at all. I don't think I would go back. For the same money, I can go to Car Wash and Beyond and have my car practically detailed.

I've been going there several times if not more and I've had a couple problems already. The recent one was I got this $69 oil change and they were supposed to check my fluids and my antifreeze was extremely low and my brake fluid was low they never topped anything off I wouldn't have had a problem paying for it but I know when I looked in the reservoir and my radiator I had to put at least a gallon of my own. I'm sorry but I won't be visiting that place anymore

I purchased the full interior/exterior detail package. I thought the car just needed a minor workover with one stain that needed to be taken care of on the passenger seat- when I came back, it looked like a whole new car. I had no idea it could be that sparkling clean. I was simply blown away by the work done inside and out. Very impressed with the impeccable work and attention to detail, not to mention that the stain was gone and there was no trace of it whatsoever.
