Had a rear main seal replaced from them. Several people looked at it including Ultimate Automotive and they all said it was the rear main seal based on how the oil dripped down from the block towards the pan. Their technician drove it and determined it was the seal and not the pan gasket. Paid $1500 for the work. Got the truck back and it immediately sounded a little different when it turned over. Didn't think anything of it since the truck is old and they took it apart to do the work. My truck had no noises prior to this. Three days after I picked it up the engine threw a rod bearing on the freeway. Had it towed back and they claimed "It's just a coincidence that your engine did this after we did this work." I asked for my money back on the repairs at least since my truck is shot and now

This shop is a hidden gem! I live just a few miles away and was referred by AAA today when my battery died and AAA didn’t have one in stock. I called and talked to Cole, they didn’t have the battery in stock. He said they may have one available and would call me back. Within 10 minutes I had a call back from Cole stating the battery was on it’s way. He stated the battery would arrive within an hour, it would take 20-30 minutes to replace and they could get it done right away. After making several other calls, I was thrilled and drove right over. They offered to shuttle me back home however with the quick turnaround, I opted to stay. I noticed when the mechanic started my car again they didn’t need to jump it. Very accommodating staff! I rely on Ultimate Automotive for maintenance on all 4 of my vehicles. Everything from tires, oil changes and breaks. I've been lucky enough to not have major repairs but would not hesitate using Ultimate for them if/when they arise. UPDATE: I have had the crew at ultimate do more extensive work on my older vehicles now, and it was a great experience. Love these guys!

I don't typically write reviews but I am very concerned with the recent service I received at this location. I took my suburban in for an oil change, new brake pads, and tire rotation. After getting my vehicle back I noticed an odd noise coming from the front driver's side area every time I hit a small bump. I took the vehicle back in to see if they could diagnose the issue. I was told that the issue was most likely due to my struts getting weaker and suggesting that they be replaced soon. My wife took two of our kids out of town with the vehicle the following day and came back saying the vehicle was making a lot more noise.
