10/30/2025 From beginning to end I was taken care of professionally and respectfully. I was looking specifically for a Volkswagen EOS. This Company kept coming up because they have over 30 of them. I called and talked to Phil, the Owner. He answered all my questions, even when I was long winded, he always showed respect and answered everything. My wife and I made the trip from Orlando to look at the cars. To be honest, every car they have I would have been proud to own. I didn't see a bad car. Many colors to choose from. As far as Volkswagen, I was glad to see the professionalism in the shop and garage. I know any repair or service I need, they can take care of it, and much more reasonable than the Dealer. I really like that this is a Family business. Phil, His Wife, and Son were all equal

HIGHLY recommend Phil, Michelle and Devon! The buying experience was fun and efficient! They've got a bunch of cars to choose from in various years, condition, etc to choose from. The one we were looking at had just a few very minor trim issues and he fixed those while we were still looking. We purchased the car and had an issue with a sensor. Phil fixed it right up for us with no second thoughts and drove it around for a day to make sure that was the cause of the light. We picked it up and drove it back down Ft Myers. Phil left a message that evening to make sure that the we made it down there with no issues! That really said a lot to me! They care about their customers and their business! Firstly I bought the car from them (at a great price mind you) but I tried going to a different mechanic who DESTROYED my engine. Phil and his son got the work done and fixed in ONE day. They’re fast, reliable and know those cars inside and out. Excellent dealer and shop couldn’t recommend more ✅

We bought an EOS from this family owned dealership abt a year ago on a whim and it certainly hasn’t disappointed. Being able to come to them with questions and for maintenance has been ultra convenient as someone who is from out of state, feels like a one stop shop. They certainly have a knack for Volkswagens and they know what their doing. I enjoy the photo updates , as well as explanations and choices when it comes to repairs. Would recommend!

I can’t say enough good things about Phillip and his son Devon. From the moment I brought my 2007 EOS in, they were professional, honest, and incredibly thorough. I was dealing with a stubborn airbag light and an intermittent starting issue. . Phillip took the time to clearly explain what was going on and they didn’t just throw parts at the problem—they carefully tracked down the root causes and fixed everything properly. Now the airbag light is gone, the car starts perfectly every time, and it drives like it should. It’s rare to find mechanics who combine skill, integrity, and genuinely great customer service, but this father-and-son team does exactly that. Fair pricing, clear communication, and quality work. I wouldn’t hesitate to bring my car back or recommend them to anyone.
