Ultimate Car Wash

Pretty good car wash . Lots of options for self serve car wash bay . Clean surroundings. Nice old guy that prob was the owner layed some salt down in the bay I was using for any slick surfaces. Cold out, middle of January. Prob spent 15$ but from the wheel cleaner, wash, 2 coats of wax ,and a vacuum thays probably the average price at any car wash these days. You could definitely do a quicky job to save some cash . I will go back .

Read til the end for the many reasons I'm giving only one star! I have been to this car wash many times over the years. The location is convenient for me but I always have some kind of problem. Some issues I've encountered are as follows; card reader errors with the automatic washes, dial on coin-operated machines at the self-wash bays don't always work, the vacuum hoses are all torn up and one machine didn't work after inserting money. My most recent visit was a few nights ago. I used the automatic wash. I bought the $10 wash. My truck was still dirty but when driving out of the bay, there was soap on the windshield. There were pine needles on the sides of the truck. The brushes didn't hit numerous areas. The air dryer didn't come close to blowing the water off. I was going to vacuum

Card reader does not work. Had to try multiple times. I got charged twice and a nasty lady picked up the phone. I told her I was at the Mt Cobb location multiple times and asks me again “which one we have multiple locations” And then said “I’m all over with my dates and time I went.” I haven’t recorded the exact hour and minute I was there. I stated I was there on the 11th based off of my bank statement. Then I said it may have been the 7th. She goes “Oh no now i’m gonna have to look all the way back to the 7th?” Yes I guess so. Can they not look it up in the system with my card number? She made it seem like it was so difficult to do. She seemed like this was a major inconvenience that I even called.

The automated wash isn't worth the money Have a standard sedan and the lower section and rear were still dirty after going through. The self service is ok for a rinse off, have never been happy with the soap for cleaning, also work fast the timer goes quick.
