Just had my bike serviced and new tires installed. The dealer where I bought it told me they no longer work on bikes older than 2012. Dee was more than happy to help me and did a fantastic job on the day he scheduled me. Looks like I found a new place willing to do the right thing. Great job Dee!!!

Dee was great. I caught a flat on a trip. He did everything he could to get me back on the road. Didn't over-promise, just delivered what he said he would. Always professional and good to deal with. Looks like they have much more ambitious projects, accomplishments and skills than my flat required, but still took the time to do the job well for me. I can't say enough good things.

These guys rock. The father owns Ultimate auto next door and takes care of my truck and my wife's CRV, and the son is ultimate Cycles and takes great care of my bike. Good family values here and overall I've been happy with the service.
