Ultimate Image Auto

My experience at auto dealerships around town did not start off well…. Until I walked in to Ultimate Image Auto and met Mr Richard and Garrett. They made the experience stress free and were patient with all my questions and let me test drive everything I wanted to figure out the best fit for my family. I ended up getting two amazing vehicles! The whole experience was very relaxed and I felt comfortable with our deal. I would 10/10 recommend working with this dealership! They feel like family. And we will be coming here again! When the kids need vehicles!

Words cannot describe the level of appreciation that I have for Oliver Kaye!! Oliver's customer service skills go above and beyond! Amazing! You can tell he loves his job. His cheerful demeanor and knowledge, the effort put in to keep me updated at all times made me feel at ease. I felt like I was sitting across from an old friend and we were just catching up! I am crazy about my Nissan Frontier!

I don't do USED car lots. My son's car engine died, and he needed a vehicle now. We searched all over the internet and local dealerships until most closed. Our last stop was Unltimate Image. We were greeted by Richard. He was great, informative, and didnt PUSH anything on us. He just listened, then gave us options. Then, he stayed late, past closing time to ensure my son drove off in a nice vehicle that he could afford. And it is NICE. Runs flawlessly, sounds perfect, no leaks not noticable scratches etc. VERY professional. My sincere thanks to RICHARD at UIA. Keep doing business that way, and you'll grow cusotmers by word of mouth, very quickly.

Dee Thomas was AMAZING!! This process was quick and they did everything they said they would do! I thought there was no way I could get a car and Ultimate Image made it happen! (It was actually Jesus, but He worked through them!!) I recommend everyone to come here! Nice vehicles and very trustworthy company. I also had 2 coworkers get vehicles from here. I took my old bomb of a car and Garrett and his team blew it up and got me into beautiful Tahoe!!! Im so great full of them for all their hard work and giving me a stress free experience!
