My son got in an accident in January. He was recommended. Lou said bring in and he’ll be able to fix it. Well after being there since February 2023. Still haven’t gotten his car back. Going back & forth with calling him and finding out what’s going on with the car, constant excuses. Says he can’t find anyone to work and claims he’s been working longs hour days. Ok not my problem. Making promises he can’t keep. Telling my son he’ll call him when he doesn’t call back. Insurance company is also calling him a lot. Lou said there was extensive damage so that’s why it isn’t done. I’m ready to an attorney or cops to get the car. If I could give him a minus I would. I WANT THIS CAR DONE!!! I highly recommend not going there for your car needs.

Great company to deal with, highly recommend! Very professional, respectful, personable and skilled. I have dealt with a few other companies, but none stand a chance with Lew and his team. They went above and beyond to make my baby look better than brand new.
