Ultimate Shine

Paid $14 for a car wash and dryer never worked. Tried calling phone number but disconnected! If there was a valid phone number and could speak to someone, I wouldn’t need to post this review

Car was did a pretty decent job, we did the touch free option. I feel like it couldve had better water pressure but at the price points it did an okay job

Terrible! I took my 2025 BMW X5 to that place because I didn’t have time to wash my vehicle before family got to town and I didn’t want to take it to a wash where it would be touched by brushes etc. Paid and got a crappy wash but what was worse?? The dryer didn’t work!! I won’t get scammed again!

Ultimate Car Wash? Ultimate FAILURE! We took our car to the "Ultimate Shine" and figured let's get the top of the line car wash because of all the "cool things listed," said in the most over dramatic and sarcastic way possible. Our car wasn't even that dirty but when we got out of the car to see how shiny our car should be, to our surprise it little more than knock the dust off! For those old enough to remember, think of dust on a record and you blow it off to play it.... that is about what we got. Complain to someone you say? Well we would but what's the point.... you gonna give me a discount or another FREE Ultimate Shine? Yeah, thanks but no thanks..... We will not be a return customer.

Took my car here for the first time and went into the middle auto car wash. It sprayed soap all over my car and never rinsed it. I heard the system barking at me to pull forward and exit the garage. Had to turn on the wipers to see if the system was for real. And sure enough the front bay door was opened. I have never had that happen at any car wash before. I don’t know if it was just the middle bay, but I don’t plan to return to find out.
