Great service! Unfortunately the price for a lockout $467 is a complete shaft for truck drivers. Once I was able to get my phone, I called multiple local locksmith services in the area who charge a flat fee of $250 for after hour weekend. I got a fuel pump replaced on Christmas Eve for $300 in Tulsa, OK. Greed will only take a company so far. Nothing is free I understand but being just can take you a lot further.

Justin came to our rescue today when our trailer couldn’t carry its load any longer. He was quick to arrive, professional, and went straight to work. He got our trailer home and positioned into our little parking lot! Thank you Justin & Ultimate towing!

Dan from ultimate towing was the absolute best! My sons car broke down in a busy intersection. Shout out, Mooresville police kindly pushed him out of harms way. We called ultimate towing to come and pick up the car. Dan arrived, He was very pleasant and knowledgeable. He loaded the car and took it to our preferred mechanic who turned away the car and sent us to a transmission shop. Upon arriving at the transmission shop, he refused the car due to lack of help and no time. So Dan kindly drove us to yet a third location without hesitation. He even called the third shop before we arrived there to make sure that they could accept the vehicle. I am forever grateful for the kindness and professionalism of Dan and this company.
