We've had our 2022 Mercedes handicapped equipped Sprinter van for three years and have enjoyed every minute of it. I'd like to commend Customer Service Manager Rick Doran for always being there for us when we had and questions about the van. Having a luxury van of this type was very new to us and we seem to have lots of questions as time went on. His expertise and utmost kindness has been invaluable to us. Really a great guy. I recently purchased an executive Sprinter, and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. The vehicle itself is incredible — comfortable, smooth, and built with the kind of quality that makes every drive feel first‑class. What really stood out, though, was the support I received after the purchase. Jim provided an extremely detailed virtual tutorial that walked me through every feature and function. He made the entire process simple and stress‑free, and I felt completely confident using the Sprinter from day one. If you’re considering buying one, this is the place to do it. This has been experience has been 4 years in the making and it finally came true! This is our second Sprinter and after buying the first directly from the manufacturer we found that it was still a utility van no matter how many upgrades you get from the OEM. I couldn’t be happier with my family’s new Ultimate Cruiser 144 AWD. I dealt with John Masters, at Ultimate Toys. I told him what I was looking for, and once we found the right vehicle, he explained it in detail. I must say, I’ve never purchased a vehicle without actually seeing and driving it. I was a little nervous. But once received, it was all good! I scheduled my orientation with Jim McRoberts from Ultimate Toys.
