Ultra Car Wash

Not a bad auto wash, the maintenance still needs to be monitored more as when I had the ultra package the shammy towels spinner for the top didn't always work properly. Sometimes it would just spin and not even touch the vehicle. And the vacuum system used to have strong suction, but I think there are leaks in some of the vacuums. Be careful of the tight turn to get into the entrance, it's a sharp 180. There are a lot of tire marks on the curb.

Honestly, i would tell you this car wash is amazing but that would be me lying. I came this afternoon to get the salt off my vehicle and everything seemed normal but when i got home, i look at my car and it looks the same as it was when i got there. Are we serious?

No, don’t get me wrong the service when we are here is freaking amazing. However, we will be moving out of the area and are trying to cancel our unlimited membership and we’ve been extremely busy getting everything ready to move that we can’t make it over to the facility and no one ever answers the phone. There is no actual website to cancel it and they have messaging disabled on Facebook so you can’t cancel it through Facebook, very disappointed and upset. Not a great way to show the business in light.

If I could give them a zero star, I would. I brought my BRAND NEW GMC Acadia Denali to this car wash, and it ripped my antenna completely off my car due to this wash touching my car with a huge brush. I did not notice until two weeks later and I was not able to go turn it in until yesterday because of my schedule. I was told they cannot do anything for me due to it being too long and “they are confident it did not happen at their car wash.” This is the only place I have been that would have ripped off my antenna. They also stated this had never happened to them before, but I have heard from multiple different people that they have had damage to their cars, as well. Do NOT recommend this place if you don’t want to spend hundreds of dollars on your maintenance to your car.

Car wasn't near being clean. Never go back. Bought the most expensive wash. Trash choose another place. Had to go over and pay another 20.00 to get it cleaned at the All American carwash
