Do not go here, it is a total rip off, I took my NEW car here today to get washed, it came out dirtier than when I brought it in. I paid $30 for a diamond wash today that included cleaning rims and tires. When the car came out the tires were not even wet and were covered with dust. When they were “finished” drying off the car I asked if they were going to clean the rims and informed them that I paid for them to be cleaned they rolled their eyes at me and carelessly wiped the rims with a dirty wet rag. I asked if they were going to get the spots of sap off the car, they said no and everyone was extremely rude and dismissive. When I got in the car my new floor mats were soaking wet, not even dried slightly in my new car and covered in oil to the point my shoes became slippery on the gas peda

Terrible service. They treat your car like it's their property. They're careless. They broke my mirror a while ago and never took responsibility, even though I filed a report. A lousy car wash.

In short: **Do not go here**. I brought my car in for a basic exterior cleaning. It should have been a total of $14, but will now cost hundreds in repairs. Your car will be damaged and they'll deny any of it being their fault and will refuse to reimburse you for any damages caused by their machine, or *themselves*. I now have to bring them to Ossining small claims court in hopes of seeing any reimbursement for the damages caused. Full story: While going through the wash my wife and I noticed the machine felt **extremely harsh** on the car. When out of the wash, three workers quickly went to our car, with two spending an inordinate amount of time wiping the driver and passenger side. The third went to the back of the car and within seconds we heard a lot of banging on the passenger side b

car needed a wash, all 4 rims were caked with brake dust. Selected the basic wash plus the "Tire Shine". Car got pretreated and washed with me staying inside the car throughout the wash. Didn't get out. Drove home and looking down at the tire rims. They were still dirty. Went back to show the wash results and the staff gave me such a hard time saying the rim cleaning is $7 extra in addition to the ~$3 "tire shine". Are you kidding me!! take a look after the first wash, then the second after they pretreated and finally after I did it myself. You decide is the wash worth $17. Oh one more thing, as I was leaving the attendant informed me that the extra service that I received would cost an additional $7 next time. Can you guess my response to him? This is literally the worst car wash! They tell you to upgrade the type of wash and at the end you get the same basic car wash. I got the gold car wash which supposed to have wax. No waxing was done, they didn’t even remove the stains from outside. The car was still dirty from inside and out. When i told them the car is still dirty, they ignored me and just walked away. See pics, how is that a car that just got washed, I could have done a better job myself. **See pics, those are not scratches, when i wipe them with my hand they go away, it’s just they didn’t really wipe anything or vacuumed. Don’t go there and save your money
