Ultra Clean Car Wash

I’ve used the carwash regularly and never had any kind of adversity until the last time I was there. I addressed my issues with the owner. He is a man of his word, and handled my concerns professionally and promptly. I would recommend using this carwash to others.

It took our money, told us to pull forward, but the garage door never opened. No number posted and the one online is disconnected. Now we are out $14. No way to speak with a human to get a refund.

been coming here for years. today I paid for $16 car wash and this is what my truck looked like after. never had this problem before. are their sprayers out of alignment? how do you contact them

I literally sprayed my car with high pressure to remove snow from my tires and it charged me $10 on my debit card. Insane

Not pleased. I paid for the auto car wash a got a green light to start. Once I was in and the cash wash started it shut down leaving my vehicle a soapy mess. I looked for someone to help or a number to call but found neither. So I paid another $16 dollars and couldn’t get a receipt.
