ULTRA CLEAN DETAILING

Brought a vehicle in for a full detailing. Did get the vehicle done same day but my wife and I are not happy with the job. Did not clean the trunk or the third row under seat area, and left lots of sand etc un-vacuumed in the carpet. Additionally, lots of the plastic surfaces of the doors etc were not fully cleaned, I could scrape gunk off with my fingernail on multiple surfaces. He said he had to leave early for an appointment, which is fine, but it seems to me the job wasn’t finished because of an appointment. I’d rather it take a bit longer to get a quality job done.

I purchased a black truck recently and the paint was awful. The team here took incredible care of my truck. My truck was ceramic coated from Ultra and my truck looks brand new! I'm in shock with how good the truck looks! Not only is my exterior shining all the time, but they were able to remove the smoke odor from inside the cabin! If you want the best, then here it is! Highly recommend the ultra team and a ceramic coating!!!

Complete interior detailing, and seats and carpet shampooing for my extended cab truck was estimated for $125. My flexible plastic floor mats were removed to shampoo carpet and re-installed. All hard surfaces had "as-new" glossy sheen and all stains were removed. Previously applied fabric protector was not compromised. End result: very satisfied with quality of work. The interior after taking my truck to Ultra Clean Detailing looks better than the interior of new cars from the factory.

Sent my Tacoma there for a buff and full detail .. did a good job on the buff work , but the detail was sub par at best .. door jams and running boards where filthy, the back bed wasn’t even touched and the center console looked like it had never been cleaned .. I’ve been in the auto industry over 25 yrs and this is the most I’ve ever spent on a detail . Expected way more than what I got . Will not be using them again

I was blown away when I picked up my 2010 Grand Caravan today. I had the interior detailed, and it looks and smells like brand new. They did an outstanding job! I can’t wait to have the outside detailed once Spring arrives! 5 stars for sure!!!
