Ultra Collision

Where do I begin to write this review? On March 2024, some guys sitting in a back of a pickup truck threw this huge piece of metal and I had no time to react so I hit the object. This caused some serious damage to the front of my car and after going back and forth with my insurance, they said they will not cover the repair costs for my car. Frustrated, I tried to find a reliable body shop to attend for my car. At first, my car went to 2 different body shops and while the service was okay, the quality of work was not. All of these services were coming out of pocket and I had a rough time trying to find one decent place. I was blessed to hear from 4 people recommend me Steve with Ultra Collision. If I can give this man 10 stars, I would. His work ethic is fabulous. He treats you with respect

I can’t say enough great things about Ultra Collision! I got into a pretty bad accident, and my car was in rough shape — but when I picked it up, it looked absolutely perfect. You’d never even know it had been damaged! Steve was amazing to work with from start to finish. He was super responsive, clear with all communication, and kept me updated throughout the whole process. It really gave me peace of mind knowing my car was in good hands. The quality of their work is top-notch, and the customer service is even better. If you ever need body work done, I highly recommend Ultra Collision. They truly go above and beyond!

My name is Duane Dial, I’m using my wife’s account because I’ve never before had cause to write a review and I don’t anticipate it happening again. A month ago my Silverado was involved in an accident, it required the replacement of 1 bedside, the back door and the cab corner needed repair. My truck is my baby and the thought of a poor repair was my greatest fear. I’ve seen work done by many of the large production shops and didn’t want my truck hacked together by a shop rushing my truck in/out with time as their priority. Ultra Collision repaired a truck for me in 2002 and I was beyond pleased but knew the chances of the same people working there were slim. Steve was easy to work with and did a great job with my body work. Fast turnaround and reasonable price: Going back to have them paint a few more dings and scrapes on my bumper.

I came in for a very minor repair- attaching my fender flare. Steve picked up the necessary clips himself and attached them in a few minutes. He didn't charge me because it was such a quick fix (still gave a little cash because that's so unbelievably kind and honest). The company is fast, trustworthy, and I can never imagine going anywhere else after this for repairs. I will always recommend them to anyone and I can't believe how lucky I was to find them right away in my search. There is a reason they have such good reviews, I wish every company was like this one!
