Under The Hood Garage

Two days before Thanksgiving, the headlight died in our car. Changing this would be a very time consuming process, and the dealership wanted an arm and a leg and our first born child. I was scheduled to leave on a road trip to Florida, and Under the Hood was the only mechanic to respond- and prices were fantastic! The service was excellent, too! The owner had closed up shop for the evening, and his wife was locking up when we pulled in. She made the time and effort to help us find parking and discuss service before she left for the night. By early afternoon my vehicle was ready! That evening I met the owner and the young man who worked in the garage. As we left, my engine light kicked on. I then turned around, and even though it was fifteen minutes after they were locking the doors,

Liked to go to him. Till his wife joined. Went in asked if parts he used were new.(took car for quick inexpensive fix to different person. Was asked are these new. So here we go back to uthood) She was not happy about just asking question. Went and got him from back. She was so upset that anyone would ask such a question. I guess first time anyone ever had a negative thing to ask. But come to find out they were new. Just looked really bad. I let car sit in winter and car pool. So thats why i asked. So screw this Went to napa. Just to ask it it has to be taken to same garage to get fixed. And yes it does. And I guess that wasn't exceptable either. Just heads up not very professional. He is though. And asked many times for receipts for all the work done to my car couple grand. And still w

I just got an oil change at Under The Hood Garage and they did an excellent job. I appreciated their thoroughness and attention to detail. The service was fast, and I felt like I was treated with respect throughout the process. I will be returning for my next oil change and other car maintenance needs. I highly recommend this business.

I've been going to this guy with all of my work for the past 3 years or so, and all I can say is that these guys actually care and also know their stuff! They offer a One-Stop shop for the most part! They even have a full-on body shop, and offer powder coating as well as chroming, which I have personally used Greg on all of my flips! The best part is they can replace repair or refurbish any engine or transmission too! If you need any type of service at a fair very reasonable price, stop by and Norma will put you in good hands!
