Rude, shady and not helpful. Not sure if it was because I was only ordering a $20 part and they don't have time for petty business like mine. On top of everything they wanted the cash upfront even though they didn't have the part in stock and had to order it. The guy literally hung up on me. Fortunately, the guys at O'Reilly down the street were very helpful and had the part in stock.
