Underwood Tire and Repair

I have been a customer for years and Underwood is my 'go to'. I really appreciate the great customer service from Jennifer, Mandi and Jeremy; not to mention ALL the employees I have had contact with. They are very good about showing/explaining/repairing complex repair issues (i.e. emissions issues, alignments, battery, alternator, axle seals, bearings, etc. they do it all) and getting the right tires for your needs. You get what you pay for and I highly recommend Underwood for all your vehicle needs.

Had put a timing chain kit in my 2006 high mileage 5.4 . They done a great job and give me a good price. It runs great…. Should be go for another 150 thousand. Great job guys.

This is the best place to go to get all your car needs fixed! The ladies up front are all super nice and explain things thoroughly! The mechanics always get the job done perfectly and they never screw you on prices!

I trust Underwood completely. They have never guided me wrong and have always been so willing to explain everything until I fully understand. Mandy is AWESOME!!! I’ve had a few situations were I’ve went to another shop and always end up going to them. They diagnose accurately and honestly! They could have very well gave me a second opinion where they would have made a lot of money, but they instead told me the real issue and helped me through what was needed. Hands down we will always be waiting for them to take care of our car needs even if there might be a few extra days wait. You can trust them!!!!

I absolutely love the staff here! I have taken my vehicle here many times to get it inspected, diagnosed and fixed! The ladies up front are very patient when they explain what's going on with my car!
