Underwood's Transmission

You both guys are awesome. You found the issue and did not even try to rip us off. When we had no idea if we need a new transmission hose or not. I have handed out all of your cards to people I know. Thank you again.

I've never had to have them service my transmission but I have been here for other things. They are so nice and respectful and they don't talk down to you or make you feel stupid for being a female, I have had a service department at a major car dealership in our area treat me like that. The people at Underwood's always explain things if I need them too. Great place and very pleasant people. Thank y'all for everything!!!

I used to use a local place in Bluefield and have all my life but after a few errors, I decided to switch thank you to your amazing crew for getting our vehicle back up and running most of all for going the extra mile giving qualities service at an affordable price. we will be returning.

Wonderful place with wonderful people. they helped my mom out with her van. Another shop said she needed a ton of front end work they checked out the van and found out the other shop was lying to her and helped her with what did need done thank you guys a ton it's really appreciated.
