The guys that work here always take really good care of me! I live on my own and I’ve never had a lot of male influence so I don’t know anything about cars or how much these sorts of things should cost… They never make me feel embarrassed about that what’s more John and John always give me the fairest prices Anyone in the town could offer.

Went to drop off my keys today. Usual guy at the desk wasn't there. It was someone else. I had an appointment for an oil change and he just stared at me and walked away. It was obvious he was doing everything he could to avoid me, so I just left. Very weird. They don't seem to want my business, so wish granted!

I stopped by uNeeda 10 minutes before they closed to get a tire plugged. They were super quick to get to work since it needed a just plug. Turns out, the hole was pretty close to the edge. They said the plug probably wouldn’t last. But hey, they gave me a great deal on a matching set of used tires that I can get installed the next day. This place definitely lives up to all the reviews!

Always fair and patient. Called due to a noise from our EV vehicle (mostly likely brake pump assist). Mechanic heard no noise and couldn’t replicate what we heard. Instead of guessing and making expensive replacements, they were honest and returned the car to us as is. Rare these days.

Had a chance to talk to John while my tires were being installed. Great guy and the difference in price is why I drove 45 minutes. Uneeda tire in New castle is worth the drive because of the service and price!
