My sister was working on a deal and they reached out to her 3 times in one day. She also had her car serviced and they gave no update on the car for 2hrs. I was looking at a Nissan altima in their lot and they tried forcing me to run my credit to run ball park number when my prescreened credit check had shown I was tier 1 with a credit score of 740+ they offered a great warranty in the transmission and engine as long as I took it to the dealer to get it done. But my worry is what if the dealer closes because used cars cost almost as much as new cars. (Buying a new car you have no worries of previos drivers and how they handle the vehicle or how much ware and tear (even tho passing point inspections) it may have). Good customer service tho.
