Had a last minute problem with my car that needed service. I spoke with Benjamin Sanchez that said the next appointment wouldn’t be until two weeks out. He went above and beyond to ask the technicians if they could squeeze me in and they said yes. I only wait an hour and a half, compared to 3+ hour visits at other Honda dealerships. Benjamin is a true professional and his customer service is excellent. I could not give him enough praise and I will make Unicars my go to Honda dealership in the future

Well, I must say the service department there are liars when they schedule you for service. They have the car all day. They don’t even touch the car and they make my wife wait 20 minutes just to find that out and then it’s a big deal for them to give a car overnight in that situation. This is a lease and I will be happy that the last day of this lease when I turn this car back in, I will really like the car, but I absolutely hate this dealership and will never do business with them again. As a result, we will miss a scheduled event at the living desert for their holiday lights program. And due to the unwillingness to fess up immediately, when my wife called about picking up the car that meant we went over on our time at our dog daycare so all told this is cost me about $50 just in Excess

I brought my Honda on March 2024 and was super fast, but now I left my car for service for the first time and tried to call for more than 3 hours to figure out if my car was ready but nobody answered. I had to come directly to find out and took more than 1 hour to give me my car. Poor service at service department.
