Union Mill Shell

Our tire was flat. We were at the Shell on Lee hwy, but that one doesn’t have a repair shop. We called the Colonnade Shell and the owner sent his mechanic over. He was able to repair our tire and get our car back on the road in no time! This could have been a time consuming and expensive ordeal. I am very grateful for the exceptional service we received!

Great service. Came in with flat tire. Helpful service rep explained options for tire replacement. With a no pressure sell, all four tires did need to be replaced. Though the tires had to be ordered and delivered, the work was completed in a timely manner, that afternoon.

Craig is one of the few honest mechanics in town! Extremely professional and does what he says he's going to do. Not once did I feel pressured for an up sell. Service above and beyond my high expectations. I have taken, and will continue to take, my vehicles there for service as long as I live in this area.

Great service experience with Craig…he explained what he suggested be done and why with no pressure. The work was done quickly and finished early even though we had several repairs done. I have been taking my cars to Union Mill Shell for over 15 years. I have seen Mangers there come and go. In my opinion they have always hired a better manger then the last one. This is not an insult, this is a pat on the back. I recently took my car in for an overheating problem. Craig, the service manger calls me the next day and tells me, I would be better served if I took it to the dealer. Reason being, he found a TSB put out by the manufacturer that there is a problem with the engine. Instead of charging me a ton of money for a suspected fix, he pointed me in the right direction. The cost was minimal from Shell. The dealer has the car now and tells me that they may have to replace the engine or the heads depending on their results. I also found out, it's under an extended warranty due
