Union Tire & Auto Center

I had 2 really messed up tires. I was hoping to get them patched if possible. But the gentleman in the tire shop said it would be best to replace my Tires because they needed it. They did a great job, super fast, friendly. I was very happy I brought my vehicle here. I'll return if the need arises again. I'm a happy customer and would recommend this Shop to anyone. :)

Went there few years back because dealer told me my brakes needed replaced? Took it for 2nd opion to union tire they said brakes still had alot of miles left on them. Sold me on there honesty. Well that went out the window a few daus ago. Took tire down with screw in it. Dropped off. Got call about hour later asked if i wanted patched or pluged? Said which ever would last longer. Got 2nd call about 20 min later said tire needed replaced sidewall blew out when trying to take off. Really?? Then was told all 4 tires needed replaced?????. Car is only 1ry and half old. Bought brand new. Tires only have 20 thousand miles on them. SKETCHY SKETCHY SKETCHY. Wont never go back. After second opinion at another shop told me other 3 tires had at least another 20 thousand miles of tread on them. Enter U

Got 6 new continental for a dually truck, only one day on tires, but feel good so far. My issue is wheel damage. I can understand a little scratch now and then, but every wheel has new gouges. They have a disclaimer posted in their office re tpms, wheel damage, etc. But the majority of vehicles now have factory or aftermarket wheels. We go there for their expertise and, hopefully, trained personnel and current tools and equipment. To blanket state that they're not responsible is taking the easy road. Dec 2025 update. Wheels have been repaired. It did take two trips back to UT&AC, and loss of use of my truck for about 2-1/2 weeks, but the wheels have been polished very nicely.

They were able to get us in on very short notice to repair a slow leak on our van's tire, which needed fixed before a vacation the next day. Very impressed, reasonable price. We will strongly consider them for our next set of tires.
